Runners complete Everest-height challenge on Esja

Egill Trausti Ómarsson and Hrólfur Vilhjálmsson completed 15 ascents of Mount Esja yesterday and overnight, covering a total distance of 100 kilometers (62 miles).
Two endurance athletes ran and hiked a total of 100 kilometers (62 miles) on Mount Esja yesterday, completing 15 ascents and descents of the mountain.
