Hjörleifur Davíðsson, one of the owners of Kölski, is a proud native of the Westman Islands. He recalls skipping school in the 10th grade to work the fishing season at Vinnslustöðin and Ísfélagið. Today, he and his business partners are developing bespoke suits made from a unique wool sourced from the Westman Islands.
